Laser Deflashing
Normal deflashing is used by means of chemical & media processes, its generate waste of media and chemicals. The laser deflashing system removes flashes without any physical contact with the remaining assembly, thereby reduce damage to devices. Our deflashing systems are fully automated and able to handle a range of package types.
Laser Cutting
We offer high accuracy, output and fully automated systems for laser cutting prior to the plating process in strip form.
Laser Marking
We offer a range of semi-automated and fully automated laser marking machines , which are used for products in trips or singulated form. Complex logos and characters can be efficiently produced by using laser marking.
